5. Use orange and green natural food
The pigments from red, orange and green that we can find in fruit and vegetable are responsible for tanning the skin and for its retention. In the daily diet you need to use more tomatoes, peppers, spinach, cabbage and lettuce and juices from carrots, apple, peach and melon.
6. Stay hydrated
It is important to be well hydrated when trying to make your tan last during the winter. Without proper hydration, your skin will tend to dry and will not be as healthy as it could be. This can cause skin cells to fall faster than usual, which will result in the rapid disappearance of the thin tissue.
