Breakfast

Lunch
Rice, pasta or potatoes steam. Any kind of meat determine the amount according to your height,every person who is 170cm high, ideal amount of meat that should consume 270g per serving, it means your height add another 100. Avoid appetizers, desserts, dairy products and bread because digestive processes are much slower than in the morning.
Night
Fish or seafood, vegetable dish steamed or grilled white meat, 40g less than that for lunch. Avoid dairy products, sugar and alcohol. In this diet bread and pasta should not be consumed after 3 pm. Consume large quantities of liquids.
This diet is not required to count calories, starve or opt for various foods, requires a certain food is consumed at a time.
